This is an assumptive survey based on limited information.
Type 2 Asbestos Survey MDHS 100
This is the minimum survey usually carried out within a building and covers the general daily activities likely to occur within a property.
Type 3 Asbestos Survey MDHS 100
This type of survey is required prior to any demolition, refurbishment or ‘significant’ works to a property. ‘Significant’ could be removing walls, doors, windows etc, or installing new equipment.
A full, user friendly report, which complies with all current UK legislation, is provided following the survey.
